A design system is not a UI kit, because you need communication with the development team, designers, business etc.
Typography
There's a lot of type scale out there and they have been somewhat standardized throughout human history. The easiest one to apply is the ~1.62 golden ratio scale, and if you don't know much about Typography is a good starting point.
