1. Use a VPN The VPN changes the address the service sees, and send it to your ip address
2. Use Tor browser to change or hide your own ip address Scrambles your own ip address
3. Use encrypted messaging Don't forget to enable e2e encryption for each conversation

Level 3 - Total Invisibility

1. Use a proxy by installing a raspberry pi in a public space The Tor exit node knows your IP, so the way to avoid it is to use a different computer to browse Tor
2. Use a laptop that you never turned on at home
3. Use a burner phone, so you can sign up for an anonymous gmail
