C# (C Sharp)

.NET is a cross-platform development platform which includes various tools, libraries and frameworks. C# is an object-oriented, type-safe, C-like language which compiles down to IL (Intermediate Language) and is verified and executed by the CLR (Common Language Runtime). The package manager is Nuget.

It's used to build terminal application, backend development (ASP .NET) and frontend development (Blazor), cross-platform development (.NET MAUI), Cloud and Game Development (Godot, Unity)

Types

The numerical types like int, long, etc do not depend on processor architecture, the size is defined by the C# specification and the CLR.

Mark properties with required or init if they have to be filled in during the constructor.
